We are a family-run business in Windsor, NY, dedicated to producing pure New York maple syrup and offering locally grown goods. In 2024, our family acquired Rivers Edge Maple and quickly fell in love with the craft of maple sugaring. With guidance from its original owner, we’ve embraced every step of the process—from tapping trees to bottling syrup—with passion and care. By carrying on this tradition, we’re not just crafting high-quality maple products—we’re creating a future for our children, rooted in hard work, sustainability, and a love for the land.

Maple syrup isn’t just delicious—it’s a natural sweetener rich in antioxidants and minerals, making it a healthier alternative to processed sugar. Maple syrup can be used in everything from baking to cooking. Beyond our pure syrup, we offer a variety of maple-infused products year-round, including Maple BBQ Sauce, Maple Mustard, Maple Garlic Vinegar, and more—available online and at our seasonal stand.

At our stand, you’ll find more than just maple. In the spring, we offer locally grown hanging baskets, starter vegetables, annual flowers, and perennials. Come fall, we have homegrown pumpkins, locally grown mums, and all things autumn beginning in September. For the holiday season, we offer handmade wreaths and locally sourced pre-cut Christmas trees.
